Are the toys safe for kids?
Yes! All physical products are made from eco-friendly, child-safe materials and designed with smooth edges for little hands. We recommend adult supervision for kids under 3 due to small parts.

What’s the difference between physical and digital products?

Digital files are downloadable STL files that you can 3D print yourself at home or through a printing service. No physical item is shipped with digital purchases.

Can I sell printed toys made from your digital files?
No. Our STL files are for personal use only. If you’re interested in commercial use, please contact us to request a commercial license.

How do I receive my digital file?
Right after checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your file from your account page anytime.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship physical products within the USA. Digital files can be downloaded worldwide, instantly.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!
